Speech and Language
Our vibrant speech and language department seeks to evaluate and rehabilitate various disorders that can cause communication issues. This includes therapy for hearing impaired patients, behavioural conditions, learning difficulties, stroke patients, and patients with swallowing or voice disorders.
Speech and Language evaluation
In the area of speech and language, the initial evaluation is carried out to determine the cause and extent of delay in speech and language development. This is a formal evaluation done by our qualified Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP).
Speech Therapy
Once the Speech & Language evaluation is done, the SLP will recommend an action plan and allocate a timetable for speech therapy sessions. The therapy is conducted by a member of our friendly speech therapy team, with activities tailored towards the individual’s needs and progress.
Since 2020, we have expanded our speech and language therapy services to operating online, allowing us to reach people in various parts of the country in the comfort of their homes without needing to come in to our center.
